What's not included
This is intended as a focussed service and is therefore limited to one room.
Scaled floorplans and detailed drawings (for example for custom cabinetry) are not included, but can be requested as an added service.
Implementation Services: This service does not include the physical implementation of the design (e.g. painting, furniture purchases & installation, etc.).
Ongoing Design Support: Changes after the final delivery and additional consultations are not included, but can be added at an additional cost.
Travel Beyond Cheshire and Merseyside: I may be able to accommodate your location, however additional charges apply for in-home visits beyond Cheshire and Merseyside areas.

The 3D Interior Design Experience is an interior design service with the added ability to ‘step’ into your dream space before it becomes reality. Using cutting-edge 3D technology, I create a lifelike 3D environment of your design, allowing you to explore and make real-time adjustments before you commit.
How does the in-home experience differ from the virtual service?
The in-home service includes a home/site visit where we will conduct you initial design service and I will take all the measurements required for the design, while the online service requires you to take all the measurements yourself. Both options contain an immersive, interactive experience of your 3D designs.
Will it look exactly like in real life?
Not at all! I’ll guide you through the entire process, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident. The online session will be led by me and therefore you don’t need to do anything other than sit back and enjoy the experience.
Do I need to have any technical skills to use the online interactive session?

What do I need to prepare before we start the design process?
For the in-home service, you just need to be ready for our initial consultation and site visit. If you’re opting for the online service, you’ll need to provide photos, videos, and measurements of your space. I’ll give you all the guidance you need to make this as easy as possible.
How long does the entire process take?
The timeline can vary depending on the complexity of your project, but typically, from our initial consultation to the final delivery, the process takes about 4-6 weeks. I’ll keep you updated at every stage.
Can I use your visualisations to hire a trade or purchase furniture?
Absolutely! The visualisations are yours to keep and use as you wish. Although they are not scales drawings and should not be treated as such, they're a great tool for communicating your vision to trades or sharing with friends and family.
What happens if I want to make changes after the final delivery?
While the initial service includes two rounds of revisions, any additional changes after the final delivery can be accommodated for an additional fee, however as the design is already completed, changes will be at a significantly reduced cost, so please do get in touch for a custom quote.
Can I share the 3D visuals with my contractor or builder?
Absolutely! You’ll receive 3D renderings that you can share with your contractor or builder to ensure everyone is on the same page and your vision is perfectly executed.
Do I have to be home during the consultation (even if I book the virtual service)?
Yes. To effectively and accurate assess the room’s specific characteristics and requirements, an in-room consultation is essential, whether in-home or virtual. Access to the space during the call/meeting is therefore preferred. However, I understand that circumstances may arise where this is not possible. In such cases, please provide as much advance notice as possible to allow for alternative arrangements.
Do you offer any guarantees or refunds?
While I'm confident in my ability to provide top quality visualisations and valuable design advice, I understand that individual needs vary. If you're unsatisfied with the consultation, please reach out within 24 hours so we can discuss your concerns.
Is this service suitable if I’m only redesigning one room?
Absolutely! Whether it’s a single room or your entire home, this service is designed to give you a clear, confident view of your space before any changes are made. We can tailor the experience to suit the scope of your project.
Is this service suitable for any room?
Absolutely. The software package has objects for any room imaginable, even outside spaces. Although kitchens are included in this, they are complex, technical spaces and designing them takes a lot more time, which will drive up the cost of my 3D design service. You will be better off getting your kitchen designed by a kitchen company – most of which now offer free 3D designs. If you have an open plan space and the kitchen is a part of it, I would be happy to work from your completed kitchen design and incorporate it visually with the rest of the space.
