While my visualisations are incredibly realistic and will give you a fantastic idea of how your space will look, it's important to know that they are digital representations. While I strive for the highest level of accuracy, factors like finishes, some colours, materials, and furniture pieces will differ from real life. The service includes multiple sessions for you to attend: a 1.5 hour initial consultation to understand your goals, two 1.5 hour detailed design sessions to review and refine the visualisations, a 1 hour final walkthrough of your designs. In-between I’ll be working behind the scenes to create your visualisations and design enhancements. The end-to-end process typically takes a few weeks depending on complexity and our combined availability to schedule these sessions.

The two detailed design consultations are specifically for refining your design vision. While I'll do my best to accurately represent your initial ideas, I know that seeing your space visualised for the first time can spark new insights. That's why I've built in extra time for adjustments.

Absolutely! The visualisations are yours to keep and use as you wish. Although they are not scaled drawings and should not be treated as such, they're a great tool for communicating your vision to trades or sharing with friends and family.

The visualisations service includes 2 hours of post design support (to be used within one month). If you require ongoing support or project management, we can discuss additional options.

My In-Home service includes an on-site consultation within the Cheshire and Merseyside areas. For clients unable to host an in-home visit, my Virtual service provides all consultations and follow-ups via video, phone call and email.

Yes. To effectively and accurate assess the room’s specific characteristics and requirements, an in-room consultation is essential, whether in-home or virtual. Access to the space during the call/meeting is therefore required.

While I'm confident in my ability to provide valuable design advice, I understand that individual needs vary. If you're unsatisfied with the consultation, please reach out within 24 hours so we can discuss your concerns.

You can book your Visualisation consultation directly through my online booking system. Simply select a date and time that works best for you. If your preferred times are unavailable, please don't hesitate to contact me directly, and I'll do my best to accommodate your schedule.
